LenDale Anthony White is a running back for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League. He is from Denver, Colorado and was born on December 20, 1984. He weighs 218 pounds and stands 6 feet 1 inch in height.
White already played American football during high school in South High School and Chatfield Senior High School where he gained fame. Some of the awards he won were Rocky Mountain News All-Colorado first team in 2000, Rocky Mountain News All-Colorado first team 2002, and led Chatfield to become the Class 5A champions. He finished his high school career as Colorado’s career rushing leader. He then went to the University of Southern California where he was the leader in rushing in his first 2 seasons. He played well against Oklahoma in the national championship and against Texas as well. All of these things he did while continuing to improve his academic status. He joined the 2006 NFL Draft but White was thought of to have come unprepared for the draft. He did manage to get signed as a free agent by the Tennessee Titans and showed great improvements. He was then traded to the Seattle Seahawks in April 2010 but was released a month later. He then signed a 2- year contract with the Denver Broncos. To date, White has 2, 348 rushing yards and 24 touchdowns for his entire professional career.
