His real name is DeWain Lee Stevens. Lee Stevens is a past first baseman and a designated hitter.  He was born in Kansas City, Missouri on July 10, 1967. He was drafted out of the Lawrence High School by the California Angels of the 1986 amateur draft in the Major League Baseball in the 1st round.

He played for the Angels from 1990 - 1992, Rangers from 1996 - 1999, Expos from 2000 - 2002 and Indians in 2002. Over 10 seasons, he played 1012 games, hit 144 home runs, drove in 440 runs, and stole 9 bases. Born on July 10, 1967 in Kansas City, MO, Stevens stands 6' 4" and weighs 205 lb. He attended Lawrence (Lawrence, KS) high school and was drafted by the California Angels in the 1st round (22nd pick) of the 1986 amateur draft. His debut was on July 16, 1990 and he played his final game on September 27, 2002. Over his career, Stevens made $15,489,000. Common misspellings of his name include De DeWain Wain Lee Stevens.
