Lee Nelson (fullname: Lee Martin Nelson; no nicknames) played Defensive Back from 1976 until 1985 for the St. Louis Cardinals. He played 135 games, made tackles, intercepted 7 passes, recovered 9 fumbles, and is credited with 5.0 quarterback sacks. Born in Kissimmee, FL on January 30, 1954, Nelson stands 5'10 and weighs 185 lbs. He attended college at Florida State. He was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 15th round (420th overall) of the 1976 NFL Draft.
