Lee Mazzilli (full name: Lee Louis Mazzilli; no nicknames) played centerfielder, pinch hitter and first baseman from 1976 until 1989 for the New York Mets, New York Yankees, Texas Rangers, Pittsburgh Pirates and Toronto Blue Jays. He played for the Mets from 1976 - 1989, Yankees in 1982, Rangers in 1982, Pirates from 1983 - 1986 and Jays in 1989. Over 14 seasons, he played 1475 games, hit 93 home runs, drove in 571 runs, and stole 197 bases. Born on March 25, 1955 in New York, NY, Mazzilli stands 6' 1" and weighs 180 lb. He attended Lincoln (Brooklyn, NY) high school and was drafted by the New York Mets in the 1st round (14th pick) of the 1973 amateur draft. His debut was on September 7, 1976 and he played his final game on September 29, 1989. Over his career, Mazzilli made $4,742,500.
