Lee Handley (full name: Lee Elmer Handley; Jeep) played third baseman and second baseman from 1936 until 1947 for the Cincinnati Reds, Pittsburgh Pirates and Philadelphia Phillies. He played for the Reds in 1936, Pirates from 1937 - 1946 and Phillies in 1947. Over 10 seasons, he played 968 games, hit 15 home runs, drove in 418 runs, and stole 68 bases. Born on July 13, 1913 in Clarion, IA, Handley stood 5' 7" and weighed 160 lb. He attended high school. His debut was on April 15, 1936 and he played his final game on September 28, 1947.
