LaVar Arrington (fullname: LaVar RaShad Arrington; no nicknames) played from 2000 until 2006 for the Washington Redskins and New York Giants. He played 84 games, starting 72 of those. Born in Pittsburgh, PA on June 20, 1978, Arrington stands 6'3 and weighs 253 lbs. He attended college at Penn State. He was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the 1st round (2nd overall) of the 2000 NFL Draft.
