Larry Smith (full name: Larry Smith; Mr. Mean) played Forward-Center from 1981 until 1993 for the Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets and San Antonio Spurs. Over 13 seasons, he played 883 games, scored 5904 points (6.7 ppg) and grabbed 8125 rebounds (9.2 rpg). Smith also dished out 941 assists (1.1 apg), made 699 steals (0.8 spg), and blocked 457 shots (0.5 bpg) during his career. Born in Rolling Fork, Mississippi on January 18, 1958, Smith stands 6-8 and weighs 215 lbs. He attended high school at Simmons in Hollandale, Mississippi and college at Alcorn State University. He was drafted by the Golden State Warriors in the 2nd round (1st pick, 24th overall) of the 1980 NBA draft.
