Larry Jackson (full name: Lawrence Curtis Jackson; no nicknames) played pitcher from 1955 until 1968 for the St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago Cubs and Philadelphia Phillies. He played for the Cardinals from 1955 - 1962, Cubs from 1963 - 1966 and Phillies from 1966 - 1968. Over 14 seasons, he started 429 games, won 194 games, struck out 1709 batters, and had a 3.40 ERA. Born on June 2, 1931 in Nampa, ID, Jackson stood 6' 1" and weighed 175 lb. He attended Boise (Boise, ID) high school.
