About Lanny McDonald:
Lanny McDonald (full name: Lanny McDonald; no nicknames) played right wing from 1974 until 1989 for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Colorado Rockies and Calgary Flames. He played for the Leafs from 1974 - 1980, from 1980 - 1982 and Flames from 1982 - 1989. Over 16 seasons, he played 1111 games, scored 500 goals, and made 506 assists. Born in Hanna, Alberta on February 16, 1953, McDonald stands 6-0 and weighs 185 lbs. He was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 1st round (4th overall) of the 1973 NHL Amateur Draft. He was inducted into Hockey Hall of Fame as Player in 1992.
