About Lance Alworth:
Lance Alworth (fullname: Lance Dwight Alworth; no nicknames) played Wide Receiver from 1962 until 1972 for the San Diego Chargers and Dallas Cowboys. He played 136 games, caught 542 passes for 10266 yards and scored 85 touchdowns. Born in Houston, TX on August 3, 1940, Alworth stands 6'0 and weighs 184 lbs. He attended college at Arkansas. He was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the 2nd round (9th overall) of the 1962 AFL Draft. Alworth was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1978.
