Kurt Rambis (full name: Darrell Kurt Rambis; Kurt, Rambo) played Forward from 1982 until 1995 for the Los Angeles Lakers, Charlotte Hornets, Phoenix Suns and Sacramento Kings. Over 14 seasons, he played 880 games, scored 4603 points (5.2 ppg) and grabbed 4961 rebounds (5.6 rpg). Rambis also dished out 931 assists (1.1 apg), made 761 steals (0.9 spg), and blocked 456 shots (0.5 bpg) during his career. Born in Cupertino, California on February 25, 1958, Rambis stands 6-8 and weighs 213 lbs. He attended high school at Cupertino in Cupertino, California and college at Santa Clara University. He was drafted by the New York Knickerbockers in the 3rd round (12th pick, 58th overall) of the 1980 NBA draft.
