Koren Robinson is an American professional football player who is currently a free agent. He was born in Belmont, North Carolina. Robinson played as wide receiver for several teams in the league; the Seattle Seahawks, Minnesota Vikings, Green Bay Packers, Florida Tuskers and the New York Sentinels. Before turning professional, Robinson took his college studies at the North Carolina State University where he played college football as well.
He billed at 6 ft 1 in. and 205 lbs. Robinson started his professional football career in the National Football League after he was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the 2001 NFL Draft where he was the first round and ninth overall pick of the team. Robinson made his professional debut in the National Football League in 2001. After four seasons with the Seahawks, Robinson was released by the team for his violation of the NFL substance abuse policy, according to sources. After he was released by the Seahawks, Robinson signed a deal with the Minnesota Vikings in 2005 and was named as the team’s kick returner. He was, however, given only limited playing time. Robinson’s major achievement with the Viking was getting selected to play at the Pro Bowl in 2005. Robinson made his second stint with the Seahawks in 2008 after playing for the Green Bay packers from 2006 to 2007. After this, Robinson joined two more teams; the Tuskers and most recently, the Sentinels in which he is currently held in suspension due to his failure to report to team meetings.
