Kirk McLean (full name: Kirk McLean; no nicknames) played goalie from 1986 until 2001 for the New Jersey Devils, Vancouver Canucks, Carolina Hurricanes, Florida Panthers and New York Rangers. He played for the Devils from 1986 - 1987, Canucks from 1988 - 1998, Hurricanes in 1998, Panthers from 1998 - 1999 and Rangers from 2000 - 2001. Over 16 seasons, he played 612 games, scored 0 goals, and made 23 assists. Born in Willowdale, Ontario on June 26, 1966, McLean stands 6-0 and weighs 180 lbs. He was drafted by the New Jersey Devils in the 6th round (107th overall) of the 1984 NHL Entry Draft.
