Khalid Reeves is a former player in the National Basketball Association who hails from Queens, New York. He had his high school basketball career at Christ The King Regional High School and moved up to University of Arizona where he made remarkable records as a point guard. He was an important factor that made the Arizona Wildcats reach the Final Four of the NCAA in the 1994 season. At the said university, he played with Damon Stoudamire. However, the Arizona team lost to University of Arkansas.

 

He was drafted to play in the National Basketball Association by the Miami Heat. He was chosen by the team during the first round of the National Basketball Association Draft in the 1994 season. Listed at 6 ft. 3 in. and weighed 199 lbs., he played for a few other NBA teams after his remarkable stint with the Heat. He joined the Charlotte Hornets in the 1995 season and the New Jersey Nets in the 1996 season. He signed with the Dallas Mavericks in the 1997 season and had played for the Detroit Pistons for the 1999 season. His last appearances in the National Basketball Association were with the Chicago Bulls. In his entire NBA career, he scored 2, 167 points and made 886 assists. He also made 850 rebounds in his entire seasons in NBA.

Over 6 seasons, he played 277 games, scored 2167 points (7.8 ppg) and grabbed 580 rebounds (2.1 rpg). Reeves also dished out 886 assists (3.2 apg), made 234 steals (0.8 spg), and blocked 32 shots (0.1 bpg) during his career. Born in Queens, New York on July 15, 1972, Reeves stands 6-3 and weighs 199 lbs. He attended high school at Christ the King in Middle Village, New York and college at University of Arizona. He was drafted by the Miami Heat in the 1st round (12th pick, 12th overall) of the 1994 NBA draft.
