Kevin Lowe (full name: Kevin Lowe; no nicknames) played defenseman from 1980 until 1998 for the Edmonton Oilers and New York Rangers. He played for the Oilers from 1980 - 1998 and Rangers from 1993 - 1996. Over 19 seasons, he played 1254 games, scored 84 goals, and made 347 assists. Born in Lachute, Quebec on April 15, 1959, Lowe stands 6-2 and weighs 200 lbs. He was drafted by the Edmonton Oilers in the 1st round (21st overall) of the 1979 NHL Entry Draft.
