Kermit Wahl (full name: Kermit Emerson Wahl; no nicknames) played third baseman, shortstop and second baseman from 1944 until 1951 for the Cincinnati Reds, Philadelphia Athletics and St. Louis Browns. He played for the Reds from 1944 - 1947, Athletics from 1950 - 1951 and Browns in 1951. Over 5 seasons, he played 231 games, hit 3 home runs, drove in 58 runs, and stole 3 bases. Born on November 18, 1922 in Columbia, SD, Wahl stood 5' 11" and weighed 170 lb. He attended Columbia (Columbia, SD) high school.
