Kenneth Ray Harvey is a retired professional football player who was born on May 6, 1965 in Austin, Texas. A graduate of Lanier High School, he is listed at 6 ft. 2 in. and weighs 273 lbs. He played college football at University of California in Berkeley where he showed his potential as a good football player.
According to sources, he turned pro in 1988 when he was drafted by the Phoenix Cardinals during the first round of the 1988 NFL Draft. He was the twelfth overall pick in the said draft.
