Ken Belanger (full name: Ken Belanger; no nicknames) played left wing from 1995 until 2006 for the Toronto Maple Leafs, New York Islanders, Boston Bruins and Los Angeles Kings. He played for the Leafs in 1995, Islanders from 1996 - 1999, Bruins from 1999 - 2001 and Kings from 2002 - 2006. Over 10 seasons, he played 248 games, scored 11 goals, and made 12 assists. Born in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario on May 14, 1974, Belanger stands 6-4 and weighs 225 lbs. He was drafted by the Hartford Whalers in the 7th round (153rd overall) of the 1992 NHL Entry Draft. Belanger officially announced retirement on November 14, 2005.
