Karl Malone (full name: Karl Malone; The Mailman) played Forward from 1986 until 2004 for the Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Lakers. Over 19 seasons, he played 1476 games, scored 36928 points (25.0 ppg) and grabbed 14968 rebounds (10.1 rpg). Malone also dished out 5248 assists (3.6 apg), made 2085 steals (1.4 spg), and blocked 1145 shots (0.8 bpg) during his career. Born in Summerfield, Louisiana on July 24, 1963, Malone stands 6-9 and weighs 250 lbs. He attended high school at Summerfield in Summerfield, Louisiana and college at Louisiana Tech University. He was drafted by the Utah Jazz in the 1st round (13th pick, 13th overall) of the 1985 NBA draft. He was inducted into Hall of Fame as Player in 2010.
