Justin Williams was born on May 12, 1984 in Chicago, Illinois. He is a professional basketball player in the NBA. He spent his college years at the University of Wyoming as a power forward-center. He was undrafted and started to play in the National Basketball Association Development League and played for the Dakota Wizards.
He was signed by the Sacramento Kings after they waived Maurice Taylor on January 23, 2007. After the 10-days contract with the Kings, eventually he was signed for the remaining games of the season. On February 16, 2008, he was waived by Sacramento together with Dahntay Jones to make a room for the proposed trade by Atlanta Hawks for the veteran Mike Bibby.
On March 7, 2008 he was signed to a 10-day contract by the Houston Rockets and played only one game. Williams was then brought to the Golden State Warriors training camp on September 27, 2008 but was cut after appearing in two pre-season games.
