Junior Kennedy (full name: Junior Raymond Kennedy; no nicknames) played second baseman, shortstop and third baseman from 1974 until 1983 for the Cincinnati Reds and Chicago Cubs. He played for the Reds from 1974 - 1981 and Cubs from 1982 - 1983. Over 7 seasons, he played 447 games, hit 4 home runs, drove in 114 runs, and stole 12 bases. Born on August 9, 1950 in Fort Gibson, OK, Kennedy stands 5' 11" and weighs 175 lb. He attended Arvin (Arvin, CA) high school and was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 1st round (10th pick) of the 1968 amateur draft.
