He played for the Mariners from 1977 - 1983 and White Sox from 1983 - 1986. Over 10 seasons, he played 1156 games, hit 23 home runs, drove in 557 runs, and stole 343 bases. Born on December 2, 1954 in Brooklyn, NY, Cruz stands 5' 9" and weighs 165 lb. He attended high school. His debut was on July 4, 1977 and he played his final game on August 31, 1986.
