He played for the Mets from 1978 - 1980, Royals from 1981 - 1992, Jays in 1981, Tigers from 1982 - 1985, Giants in 1986, Twins from 1987 - 1990 and Braves from 1991 - 1992. Over 15 seasons, he started 95 games, won 67 games, struck out 975 batters, and had a 3.90 ERA. Born on November 30, 1954 in Aguadulce, Panama, Berenguer stands 5' 11" and weighs 186 lb. He attended high school. His debut was on August 17, 1978 and he played his final game on October 4, 1992. Over his career, Berenguer made $4,712,500.
