John Wockenfuss (full name: Johnny Bilton Wockenfuss; no nicknames) played catcher, first baseman and outfielder from 1974 until 1985 for the Detroit Tigers and Philadelphia Phillies. He played for the Tigers from 1974 - 1983 and Phillies from 1984 - 1985. Over 12 seasons, he played 795 games, hit 86 home runs, drove in 267 runs, and stole 5 bases.
