John Battle (full name: John Sidney Battle; Cricket, Pickle, J.B.) played Guard from 1986 until 1995 for the Atlanta Hawks and Cleveland Cavaliers. Born in Washington, District of Columbia on November 9, 1962, Battle stands 6-2 and weighs 175 lbs. He attended high school at McKinley in Washington, District of Columbia and college at Rutgers University. He was drafted by the Atlanta Hawks in the 4th round (14th pick, 84th overall) of the 1985 NBA draft.
