John Barnhill (full name: John Anthony Barnhill; Rabbit) played Guard from 1963 until 1972 for the St. Louis Hawks, Detroit Pistons, Baltimore Bullets, San Diego Rockets, Indiana Pacers and Denver Rockets. Over 10 seasons, he played 589 games, scored 5085 points (8.6 ppg) and grabbed 1501 rebounds (2.5 rpg). Barnhill also dished out 1693 assists (2.9 apg), made steals (0.0 spg), and blocked shots (0.0 bpg) during his career. Born in Evansville, Indiana on March 20, 1938, Barnhill stands 6-1 and weighs 180 lbs. He attended high school at Lincoln in Evansville, Indiana and college at Tennessee State University. He was drafted by the St. Louis Hawks in the 11th round (6th pick, 77th overall) of the 1959 NBA draft.
