About John Amaechi:
John Amaechi (full name: John Ekwugha Amaechi; no nicknames) played Center-Forward from 1996 until 2003 for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Orlando Magic and Utah Jazz. Over 5 seasons, he played 294 games, scored 1837 points (6.2 ppg) and grabbed 772 rebounds (2.6 rpg). Amaechi also dished out 228 assists (0.8 apg), made 90 steals (0.3 spg), and blocked 94 shots (0.3 bpg) during his career. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on November 26, 1970, Amaechi stands 6-10 and weighs 270 lbs. He attended high school at Saint John's in Toledo, Ohio and college at Pennsylvania State University.
