Joe Vosmik (full name: Joseph Franklin Vosmik; no nicknames) played leftfielder from 1931 until 1944 for the Cleveland Indians, St. Louis Browns, Boston Red Sox, Brooklyn Dodgers and Washington Senators. He played for the Indians from 1931 - 1936, Browns in 1937, Red Sox from 1938 - 1939, Dodgers from 1940 - 1941 and Senators in 1944. Over 13 seasons, he played 1414 games, hit 65 home runs, drove in 818 runs, and stole 23 bases. Born on April 4, 1910 in Cleveland, OH, Vosmik stood 6' 0" and weighed 185 lb.
