Zorn started his professional career as a football player for the Seattle Seahawks as a first quarterback but then move down to second string when
Dave Krieg got his position as first quarterback. He played back -up quarterback for the Green Bay Packers, Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the CFL (Canadian Football League) as well as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jim Zorn was next to
Steve Largent in the “Ring of Honor” and was the Seattle Seahawks Most Valuable Player. He retired in 1987 and started his coaching career.
He has been a college coach for the Boise State in 1988-1991; Utah State in 1992-1994; and the Minnesota in 1995-1996. He was also an assistant coach for the NFL teams like Seattle Seahawks, Detroit Lions, Baltimore ravens and the Kansas City Chiefs. He was a professional head coach for the Washington Redskins in 2008-2009. He is presently the assistant coach of the
Kansas City Chiefs. Jim Zorn was selected as All Pro in 1978.

Born in Whittier, CA on May 10, 1953, Zorn stands 6'2 and weighs 200 lbs. He attended college at Cal Poly-Pomona.
