Jim Slaton (full name: James Michael Slaton; no nicknames) played pitcher from 1971 until 1986 for the Milwaukee Brewers, Detroit Tigers and California Angels. He played for the Brewers from 1971 - 1983, Tigers from 1978 - 1986 and Angels from 1984 - 1986. Over 16 seasons, he started 360 games, won 151 games, struck out 1191 batters, and had a 4.03 ERA.
