Jim Sandlak (full name: Jim Sandlak; no nicknames) played right wing from 1986 until 1996 for the Vancouver Canucks and Hartford Whalers. He played for the Canucks from 1986 - 1996 and Whalers from 1994 - 1995. Over 11 seasons, he played 549 games, scored 110 goals, and made 119 assists. Born in Kitchener, Ontario on December 12, 1966, Sandlak stands 6-4 and weighs 219 lbs. He was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks in the 1st round (4th overall) of the 1985 NHL Entry Draft.
