Jim Piersall (full name: James Anthony Piersall; no nicknames) played centerfielder from 1950 until 1967 for the Boston Red Sox, Cleveland Indians, Washington Senators, New York Mets and Los Angeles Angels. He played for the Red Sox from 1950 - 1958, Indians from 1959 - 1961, Senators from 1962 - 1963, Mets in 1963 and Angels from 1963 - 1967.
