Jim Dyck (full name: James Robert Dyck; no nicknames) played leftfielder and third baseman from 1951 until 1956 for the St. Louis Browns, Cleveland Indians, Baltimore Orioles and Cincinnati Redlegs. He played for the Browns from 1951 - 1953, Indians in 1954, Orioles from 1955 - 1956 and Redlegs in 1956. Over 6 seasons, he played 330 games, hit 26 home runs, drove in 139 runs, and stole 4 bases. Born on February 3, 1922 in Omaha, NE, Dyck stood 6' 2" and weighed 200 lb. He attended high school. His debut was on September 27, 1951 and he played his final game on July 22, 1956.
