Jim Cummins (full name: Jim Cummins; no nicknames) played right wing from 1992 until 2004 for the Detroit Red Wings, Philadelphia Flyers, Tampa Bay Lightning, Chicago Blackhawks, Phoenix Coyotes, Montreal Canadiens, Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, New York Islanders and Colorado Avalanche. He played for the Red Wings from 1992 - 1993, Flyers in 1994, Lightning from 1994 - 1995, Blackhawks from 1995 - 1998, Coyotes from 1998 - 1999, Canadies in 2000, Mighty Ducks from 2001 - 2002, Islanders in 2002 and Avalanche in 2004. Over 12 seasons, he played 511 games, scored 24 goals, and made 36 assists. Born in Dearborn, Michigan on May 17, 1970, Cummins stands 6-2 and weighs 212 lbs. He was drafted by the New York Rangers in the 4th round (67th overall) of the 1989 NHL Entry Draft.
