Jim Cleamons (full name: James Mitchell Cleamons; Jim, Jimmy) played Guard from 1972 until 1980 for the Los Angeles Lakers, Cleveland Cavaliers, New York Knickerbockers and Washington Bullets. Over 9 seasons, he played 652 games, scored 5412 points (8.3 ppg) and grabbed 1981 rebounds (3.0 rpg). Cleamons also dished out 2531 assists (3.9 apg), made 533 steals (0.8 spg), and blocked 120 shots (0.2 bpg) during his career. Born in Lincolnton, North Carolina on September 13, 1949, Cleamons stands 6-3 and weighs 185 lbs. He attended high school at Linden McKinley in Columbus, Ohio and college at Ohio State University. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 1st round (13th pick, 13th overall) of the 1971 NBA draft.
