Jim Barnett (full name: James Franklin Barnett; Jim) played Guard-Forward from 1967 until 1977 for the Boston Celtics, San Diego Rockets, Portland Trail Blazers, Golden State Warriors, New Orleans Jazz, New York Knickerbockers and Philadelphia 76ers. Over 11 seasons, he played 732 games, scored 8536 points (11.7 ppg) and grabbed 2259 rebounds (3.1 rpg). Barnett also dished out 2232 assists (3.0 apg), made 131 steals (0.2 spg), and blocked 30 shots (0.0 bpg) during his career. Born in Greenville, South Carolina on July 7, 1944, Barnett stands 6-4 and weighs 170 lbs. He attended high school at Ramona in Riverside, California and college at University of Oregon. He was drafted by the Boston Celtics in the 1st round (8th pick, 8th overall) of the 1966 NBA draft.
