Jerry Jones (fullname: Gerald Robert Jones; no nicknames) played Defensive End from 1966 until 1969 for the Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints. He played 44 games, intercepted passes and recovered 1 fumbles. Born in Dayton, OH on February 14, 1944, Jones stands 6'4 and weighs 260 lbs. He attended college at Bowling Green. He was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the 7th round (53rd overall) of the 1966 AFL Draft.
