He played for the Mets from 2000 - 2001 and Indians from 2002 - 2003. Over 4 seasons, he played games, won 5 games, struck out 66 batters, and had a 5.19 ERA. Born on May 16, 1974 in Brewster, WA, Riggan stands 6' 3" and weighs 197 lb. He attended Brewster (Brewster, WA) high school and was drafted by the California Angels in the 8th round of the 1996 amateur draft.
