Jeff Reed (full name: Jeffrey Scott Reed; no nicknames) played catcher from 1984 until 2000 for the Minnesota Twins, Montreal Expos, Cincinnati Reds, San Francisco Giants, Colorado Rockies and Chicago Cubs. He played for the Twins from 1984 - 1986, Expos from 1987 - 1988, Reds from 1988 - 1992, Giants from 1993 - 1995, Rockies from 1996 - 1999 and Cubs from 1999 - 2000.
