Jeff Hornacek (full name: Jeffrey John Hornacek; Jeff) played Guard from 1987 until 2000 for the Phoenix Suns, Philadelphia 76ers and Utah Jazz. Over 14 seasons, he played 1077 games, scored 15659 points (14.5 ppg) and grabbed 3646 rebounds (3.4 rpg). Hornacek also dished out 5281 assists (4.9 apg), made 1536 steals (1.4 spg), and blocked 226 shots (0.2 bpg) during his career. Born in Elmhurst, Illinois on May 3, 1963, Hornacek stands 6-3 and weighs 190 lbs. He attended high school at Lyons Township in LaGrange, Illinois and college at Iowa State University. He was drafted by the Phoenix Suns in the 2nd round (22nd pick, 46th overall) of the 1986 NBA draft.
