Jeff Gordon is also a three-time Daytona 500 winner. Gordon was born in Vallejo, California on August 4, 1971 and he is simply hailed as one of NASCAR’s 50 Greatest Drivers in 1998.
Before Gordon had turned 18, he already won three short-track races and in 1989, he was awarded USAC Midget Car Racing Rookie of the Year. In the following year, he was able to win the USA Midget title and when he moved up to the USAC Silver Crown in 1991, he became the youngest driver to ever win the title. He drove for Bill Davis Racing when he joined the
