Jeff Brown (full name: Jeff Brown; no nicknames) played defenseman from 1986 until 1998 for the Quebec Nordiques, St. Louis Blues, Vancouver Canucks, Hartford Whalers, Carolina Hurricanes, Toronto Maple Leafs and Washington Capitals. He played for the Nordiques from 1986 - 1990, Blues from 1990 - 1994, Canucks from 1994 - 1996, Whalers from 1996 - 1997, Hurricanes in 1998, Leafs in 1998 and Capitals in 1998. Over 13 seasons, he played 747 games, scored 154 goals, and made 430 assists. Born in Ottawa, Ontario on April 30, 1966, Brown stands 6-1 and weighs 204 lbs. He was drafted by the Quebec Nordiques in the 2nd round (36th overall) of the 1984 NHL Entry Draft.
