Jason Wiemer (full name: Jason Wiemer; no nicknames) played center from 1995 until 2006 for the Tampa Bay Lightning, Calgary Flames, Florida Panthers, New York Islanders, Minnesota Wild and New Jersey Devils. He played for the Lightning from 1995 - 1998, Flames from 1998 - 2006, Panthers in 2002, Islanders from 2003 - 2004, Wild in 2004 and Devils in 2006. Over 11 seasons, he played 726 games, scored 90 goals, and made 112 assists. Born in Kimberley, British Columbia on April 14, 1976, Wiemer stands 6-1 and weighs 225 lbs. He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 1st round (8th overall) of the 1994 NHL Entry Draft.
