Jack Lohrke (full name: Jack Wayne Lohrke; Lucky) played third baseman, second baseman and shortstop from 1947 until 1953 for the New York Giants and Philadelphia Phillies. He played for the Giants from 1947 - 1951 and Phillies from 1952 - 1953. Over 7 seasons, he played 354 games, hit 22 home runs, drove in 125 runs, and stole 9 bases. Born on February 25, 1924 in Los Angeles, CA, Lohrke stood 6' 0" and weighed 180 lb. He attended South Gate (South Gate, CA) (All Transactions) high school.
