Jack Egers (full name: Jack Egers; no nicknames) played right wing from 1970 until 1976 for the New York Rangers, St. Louis Blues and Washington Capitals. He played for the Rangers from 1970 - 1974, Blues from 1972 - 1974 and Capitals from 1975 - 1976. Over 7 seasons, he played 284 games, scored 64 goals, and made 69 assists. Born in Sudbury, Ontario on January 28, 1949, Egers stands 6-1 and weighs 175 lbs. He was drafted by the New York Rangers in the 4th round (20th overall) of the 1966 NHL Amateur Draft.
