Isaac Bruce was born on November 10, 1972 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. He was first drafted by the

He had studied at the Dillard High School in Fort Lauderdale. When he was a senior, he was able to catch 39 passes for 644 yards. He also led his team to the Florida State 5A Championship in 1989.
