About Igor Larionov:
Igor Larionov (full name: Igor Larionov; no nicknames) played center from 1990 until 2004 for the Vancouver Canucks, San Jose Sharks, Detroit Red Wings, Florida Panthers and New Jersey Devils. He played for the Canucks from 1990 - 1992, Sharks from 1994 - 1996, Red Wings from 1996 - 2003, Panthers in 2001 and Devils in 2004. Over 14 seasons, he played 921 games, scored 169 goals, and made 475 assists. Born in Voskresensk, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on December 3, 1960, Larionov stands 5-9 and weighs 170 lbs. He was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks in the 11th round (214th overall) of the 1985 NHL Entry Draft. Larionov officially announced retirement on April 20, 2004. He was inducted into Hockey Hall of Fame as Player in 2008.
