An ice hockey player as well as an alternate captain, Henrik “ Zata” Zetterberg is a Swedish who plays for the National Hockey League under the Detroit Red Wings team. He was selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 2009. His first game was against San Jose Sharks last October 10, 2009. By the end of the season, he got the Calder Trophy as a runner-up second to Barrett Jackman, a defenseman of the St. Louis Blues. He tied with Johan Franzen in the Red Wings franchise goal records. He suffered a broken leg in a game against the Vancouver Canucks in 2003. He has received recognition in the NHL as well as player in Sweden. In 2007, he was awarded the NHL All-Star Game. In a game against the Phoenix Coyotes, Henrik Zetterberg had his first hat trick and ended the season with a recorded 68 points.  Before his contract ended, he signed for the Red Wings again as an extension to his contract.
