Hartland Monahan (full name: Hartland Monahan; no nicknames) played right wing from 1974 until 1981 for the California Golden Seals, New York Rangers, Washington Capitals, Pittsburgh Penguins, Los Angeles Kings and St. Louis Blues. He played for the Golden Seals in 1974, Rangers in 1975, Capitals from 1976 - 1977, Penguins in 1978, Kings in 1978 and Blues from 1980 - 1981. Over 7 seasons, he played 334 games, scored 61 goals, and made 80 assists. Born in Montreal, Quebec on March 29, 1951, Monahan stands 5-11 and weighs 197 lbs. He was drafted by the California Golden Seals in the 4th round (43rd overall) of the 1971 NHL Amateur Draft.
