Born on June 28, 1944 in Albany, GA, Breeden stands 6' 2" and weighs 200 lb. He attended Albany (Albany, GA) high school. His debut was on April 7, 1971 and he played his final game on September 11, 1975. Common misspellings of his name include Harold Hal hank Noel Breeden.
